All our products are made to order. Returns can only be accepted if there is an error or fault with the final product, please contact us immediately with any issues and we will happily resolve them. For clothing, ensure you are choosing the correct size based on our sizing guide to avoid mistakes. If you are unsure always go up 1 size.

Washing Instructions:

✅ Turn inside out before washing to protect the print.
✅ Machine wash cold with like colors.
✅ Use a gentle cycle to minimize wear on the fabric and print.
✅ Use mild detergent (avoid harsh chemicals or bleach).
✅ Do not use fabric softeners as they can affect the print.

Drying Instructions:

✅ Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.
✅ Avoid high heat, as it can shrink the fabric and fade the design.

Ironing & Other Care:

✅ If ironing is needed, turn the shirt inside out and use low heat (avoid ironing directly on the print).
✅ Do not dry clean.

Processing time is 3-6 working days, with delivery within 3 days of shipping.

*We have several printers and distribution centers worldwide. Your order will be fulfilled by our closest center to your address. Different item 'types' may be shipped from different locations and will arrive in separate parcels. You will only be charged for one shipment.
