Q) Do you offer bulk or group discounts? Can I place a large order?

A) Yes, we welcome bulk and group orders! Whether you’re shopping for a craft group, guild, event, or team, we’d be delighted to work with you. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements, quantities, timelines, and any special requests.

We are happy to offer discounts on large orders and can often accommodate customization for bulk purchases — including adding names, event details, or custom artwork, depending on the product. Customization is handled on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to bring your idea to life.

Q) Where are you based, and where do you ship from?

A) We are proudly based in the UK, and all of our designs are created in-house. To bring them to life, we partner with a trusted print-on-demand company headquartered in Latvia. They handle the printing and fulfilment of all orders using our original designs.

Our printing partner operates a global network of fulfilment centers, including four across the United States, three across Europe, and even one in Australia. This allows most orders to be printed and shipped from a location close to the delivery address, which helps reduce shipping costs, cut down on delivery times, and significantly lower our environmental footprint.

Please note that during peak seasons, such as the holidays, some items may ship from alternative locations depending on stock and production capacity. We always aim to fulfil orders in the most efficient and sustainable way possible.

Q) Can I cancel or change my order?

A) We are happy to assist with cancellations or changes within 6 hours of your order being placed. We will also do our best to accommodate changes made within 12 hours, provided production has not already begun. After this window, changes are not guaranteed as your order may already be in production.

Q) Can I exchange my item if I ordered the wrong size?

A) As all of our products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. This policy is clearly stated in each product listing, the provided size chart, our returns policy, and in the confirmation email sent shortly after purchase.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before placing your order. If you are unsure, we suggest selecting one size up for a more comfortable fit.


Q) My item arrived damaged or with a print error, what should I do?

A) We sincerely apologise if your order has arrived with any issues. If your item is damaged or has been misprinted, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the problem. Once verified, we will gladly issue a replacement at no extra cost.


Q) My parcel is missing or delayed, what now?

A) If your parcel appears to be lost or is marked as "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, please take the following steps first:

  • Wait 2–3 business days — carriers sometimes mark parcels as delivered prematurely

  • Check with neighbors, building managers, or any designated safe drop areas

  • Confirm that the shipping address provided at checkout was accurate

If you have done all of the above and the parcel is still missing, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
