Returns Policy

All of our products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer. As such, we do not hold inventory or offer exchanges or returns for items ordered in the wrong size or due to a change of mind. This policy is clearly stated in each product description, on the size chart, within our returns policy, and in the post-purchase confirmation email sent shortly after your order is placed.

We strongly encourage all customers to review the sizing guide carefully before completing their purchase. If you are unsure of the best fit, we recommend selecting one size up to ensure comfort.

In the event that your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or if an error has occurred on our end, we will gladly issue a replacement at no additional cost. We kindly request that photographic evidence of the issue be provided within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly and appropriately.

Please note that all items are shipped from the nearest distribution center to your delivery address. This made-to-order model reduces waste, avoids unnecessary stock storage, and lowers our environmental impact — a small but meaningful contribution to more sustainable shopping.
