In the event that your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or if an error has occurred on our end, we will gladly issue a replacement at no additional cost. We kindly request that photographic evidence of the issue be provided within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly and appropriately.

Please note that all items are shipped from the nearest distribution center to your delivery address. We have multiple printing locations across the US, Canada, Australia, Europe and the UK, This made-to-order model reduces waste, avoids unnecessary stock storage, and lowers our environmental impact — a small but meaningful contribution to more sustainable shopping.

As all items are printed to order just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for customer errors in regards to sizing or color. This policy is clearly stated in our product descriptions, size charts, returns policy, as a red text banner on the payment page, the order confirmation email and in the specific email we send 5 minutes after purchase giving the opportunity for us to manual change the order before it goes to print, just to be sure everyone’s in the loop before we go to print. As it is printed to order, we do not have any restocking facilities. 

We strongly encourage all customers to review the sizing guide carefully before completing their purchase. If you are unsure of the best fit, we recommend selecting one size up to ensure comfort.
